COPLAN Projekt s.r.o. (Ltd.) is a company which provides complex design and engineering services in housing development and building construction together with preparation, design proposals and ensuring construction projects in individual phases of implementation with, in particular, in two basic professions - building (building engineering) and structural (structural analyses).
The company has own authorised engineers in both professions. We also cooperate with well-known architectonic offices and with teams of specialists of other professions that are necessary in all phases of construction implementation including coordination of them.
Team of designers and their tools
The designers have gained their experience for working inland as well as abroad.
The company is equipped with products by the company Autodesk - 3D CAD/BIM design software Revit Architecture and AutoCAD 2008, calculation software IDA NEXIS, NEXX and FINE for calculations and dimensioning of structures according to ČSN, EN and DIN and software for reinforcing RECOC for reinforcement drawings according to ČSN and DIN.
Employees of the company have knowledge of foreign language - German, English.

The objective and goal of the company is to meet the demanding requirements of building praxis on quality, complexity and quickness of the work provided.
Company history
The company COPLAN Projekt s.r.o. (Ltd.) was established in 1992 as a subsidiary company of the Bavarian company COPLAN Ingenieurgesellschaft GmbH Eggenfelden (Germany). At the beginning the company was orientated on projects received from the parent company. This allowed professional development of all employees of the company as a consequence of working on interesting projects, foreign know-how and new technologies. By time activities of the company departments shifted more towards the new aborning Czech market. In 1998 the company was transformed by selling the company management business share and rising the basic capital to CZK 1,000,000.- by accession of new partners. Nowadays, we cooperate with Czech as well as foreign investors, particularly in the field of residential, civil and industrial construction and development.
