Administrative, commercial and residential centre Vráž - II stage - I phase

This is a project of a multipurpose building (a central building of the precinct) prepared in cooperation with AED Project. It is a relatively complicated building from its shape point of view which contains a few above-standard flats but also non-dwelling rooms.

Exhibition pavilion of the car manufacturer Škoda – Geneva 2006

The pavilion of the car manufacturer Škoda in Swiss Geneva has the character of an in-built construction in a hall with state architectonic design. In terms of the project we solved primarily architectonic-construction part of the project and subsequently modifications of the project design and technical assistance resulting from investor’s requirements.

Government of the Czech Rep – the building Jindřišská

Rebuilding (modification of unsuitable layout and operational layout) of an administrative building where the government of the Czech Rep. has its offices. Design and building work was done in three phases.

Embassy of the Czech Rep. in London

The building was built in 1960´s in the style called brutalist style. Structural and visual elements consist mostly of concrete structures. In the building there are prestige rooms and diplomats´ offices, flats and garages. This project solves a complete rebuilding, modification of layout, redesign of technological equipment, enlargement of the room for missing functions of an embassy, meeting hygienic and technical standards of present time, thermal insulation and creation of new outfit of the facade (a front-detached glass wall).

Embassy in Tbilisi – embassy of the Czech Rep. in Georgia

The embassy building of the Czech Rep. is the main dominant feature of the park precinct in which it is located. Facade areas have the feature of visible concrete, on the contrary, the upper floor should cause a feeling of lightness. The design was focused on architectonic detail both in the exterior and the interior as well. COPLAN Projekt s.r.o. cooperated with the architectonic office Bočan & Partners regarding to the profession of structural analysis.

Multipurpose building Evropská City

A new construction of a multipurpose complex of buildings. In a 7-storey complex (+ 2 basement floors) there is assumed to be a supermarket, shops, offices and basement garages. On upper floors there are situated common and also spacious luxury flats. This project was not carried out due to lack of finance.
