Reference jobs – flat and family houses

Block of Flats Nad Malovankou

A new construction of a block of flats in Prague Malovanka in the street Nad Závěrkou. The buiding is designed by the architectonic office Znamení Čtyř (The sign of Four). It is a five-storey building with underground garages. It contains twenty new luxury flats. It is a monolithic concrete structure. We prepare the part building and the part statics.

Vila R III in the area Hanspaulka new villas

After successful completion of the villa in Velká Chuchle with the architects of the A69 studio it is another project of luxury family living – this time in Prague district of Dejvice. This project could be an interesting revival of current architecture. The villa will be equipped with up-to-date technology.

Villa in Velká Chuchle

This is a two-storey building built on sloped terrain. It is very interesting due to its unusual architectonic design. Great demands on details were emphasised during the design phase and during the construction phase as well.

Flat-building Lhotka

A new construction of a four-storey flat-building. We prepared complete implementation documentation of the structural analysis part.

Villa Marie

A family house is situated in a natural park Horní Berounka. It is a detached villa of above-standard equipment. The architectonic design was focused on incorporation of the building among trees as much as possible and natural materials (wood, stone) was used as much as possible.

For the authors of the architectonic design - association architects 4A - in terms of the design of one of the biggest housing complexes in the country we prepared complete project design documentation as far as structural analysis is concerned. It is classic dwelling houses as well as luxury villas. The architecture of these buildings is focused on simplicity of shapes, combination of materials and as well there are visible signs of modern functionality. Cooperation with the architects regarding to the profession of structural analysis.

Construction of a residential area called Včelník which is situated in a scenic landscape in the vicinity of the village Nová Ves pod Pleší 25km southerly from Prague. It is construction of standardised (or partially modified) family houses.
